Peter Sinks July 2015

Since June was so full of church commitments we had to wait until July to take our trailer out and go camping. We found a spot up Peter Sinks so we could stay cool. It's one of our favorite spots to go in the middle of summer.

It was so nice to finally be in our element. We had the worst case of camping fever.

We wasted no time breaking out the smores.

We didn't even have the patience to wait for a real fire. We just used the camp chef.

Gotta love the shorts and boots.

Randy had to work during the weekdays so we just ate and lounged around.

Once Randy got there he taught Brad how to use the chainsaw to collect firewood.

There was a spot in our camp that was perfect for H's construction city.

We even did a little riding.

.

On Friday night I got a call from Tori that she was in labor. I rushed down the canyon so I could take pictures for her. The birth was beautiful and I felt honored to be there. He is perfect.

On Saturday afternoon Tim came up with the girls to spend the rest of the weekend with us. Kam had to work. We missed her a ton.

It was so nice to be wearing hoodies in July. Great way to beat the heat.

We took a long ride down Logan canyon. We stopped and sat overlooking a cliff.

The kids got a kick out of this random tree that had been struck by lightning and insisted that I take their picture in front of it.

It was a fun and much needed camping trip.
