Claire's Dance recital

Claire had her Christmas Dance recital at Skyview Highschool. Both her grandmas came along with Matt and Tori. She looked beautiful and danced her routine PERFECT. She it turning into a beautiful lady. She loved putting on makeup. I caught her several times admiring herself in the mirror.

Spa Day

My cousin Kirstie is in Beauty school. She needed a model to pass of perms. We agreed to go to Layton for a salon day. Claire loved sitting in the chair getting all dolled up. She was so good the whole time. 

She didn't even mind the stinky stuff.  

When we were all done we went to lunch with my Aunt Becky my Uncle Mike. (My mom's siblings) It was so fun to spend time with them. 

The curls turned out so pretty!!!

Too bad it only lasted for 2 weeks. 

I had 2 aunts and an uncle go through beauty school. I remember getting perms that wouldn't last very long. However I still loved getting them done.  

Sleepy Head

After Thanksgiving weekend Brad started getting sick. After a few days of fever and Brad sleeping non stop, I decided to take him to the doctor. They did a blood test and we found out he had mono. His spleen was enlarged and that's how the ended up testing for mono. 

This is how brad spent 10 straight days...SLEEPING on the couch. Soooo not like Brad. I felt Bad for him. Poor guy.

Luckily he is feeling better and has his energy back. We teased him non stop about kissing girls and he denied it all. 

Fischer Thanksgiving 2012

Thanksgiving morning half the Fischer crew went shooting...

The other half stayed home!!!

 

When the sun came up Claire ran outside and played with the wind chimes. It made me giggle she stayed out there for a while. 

Nanny and Claire made a chocolate pie for dinner.

It wouldn't be a Fischer Thanksgiving without a mile high chocolate pie.

Once the crowd got back from shooting we ate dinner. 

All the food was so amazing. We all pitched in and brought a few things. We stuffed ourselves silly!!!

After dinner the girls sat around the table for a while avoiding the inevitable...DISHES!!! 

The boys got cozy on the couch and laughed at youtube videos. 

We all passed around the adds for some Black Friday shopping. I was the only one going originally but by the time I left ALL of us went. The girls helped me find a huge cart of deals while the boys cheered on the other shoppers at the checkout. Myrna even sat on something for me and fought off the mobs. It was fun but reminded me why I don't usually do Black Friday.

Do you think this will be enough dessert??? Holy cow. We even ate dessert for breakfast the next morning.

Claire's Birthday

Claire woke up to her birthday wish. She has been asking for a baby alive for a really long time. She was so excited to be a pretend mommy. She named her new baby Abby Cadabie. She called her Nanny and Papa and let her baby talk to them over the phone.

For her birthday breakfast she wanted pink pancakes. 

For Claire's birthday lunch we went to Firehouse. Claire wore the princess crown Nanny sent her ALL day. She loved it. 

She even got her own cast iron dessert cookie. 

The day after her birthday we headed to Salt Lake for Thanksgiving weekend. We had one last party with her grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles. Claire wanted ice cream sundaes instead of cake.
